Diagnosis: free when you go ahead with the repair. If you decline the quote, a ₹300 testing fee applies.
No fix, no repair charge: if we cannot repair it, you pay only the return courier.
Return courier: ₹150 – 250 within India, depending on city and weight.
How to pack it
- Switch off, then remove the battery and charger. Keep the charger if the fault is about charging.
- Take out your SSD or hard disk if you do not want us to touch your data.
- Wrap the laptop or board in bubble wrap. A bare board goes in an anti-static bag first.
- Use a rigid box with 2 inches of padding on every side.
- Write your order ID and phone number on the parcel and inside the box.
- Record a short video while packing and keep the courier receipt. Insure the parcel.
